RIP CITY is the premier individual and team training venue in Northern Virginia. RIP CITY provides outstanding facilities and instruction for baseball and softball student athletes. We have had more than 30 separate college coaches in our facility for numerous training events, and our day-to-day instructors consist of high school coaches, as well as former college and pro players!

We believe that discipline, respect, hard work, and a positive attitude go a long way in sports and, most importantly, the lives of student athletes.

Summer camps

Rip City summer camps are led by current or former college players and high school coaches! Your child’s time will be dedicated to baseball skill development, both hitting and defense. Our training staff will also lead campers through other activities to further develop their gross motor skills. Sport skills need to be challenged; let us encourage your camper to demonstrate and use agility, balance and coordination during our all-skills sessions which incorporate fun into motor learning.

ISAIAS GUZMAN

Isaias is a former D1 baseball player with 3 years of experience competing at the mid-major level. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Morehead State University. With a deep passion for player development, Isaias is committed to helping the next generation of athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.

JACOB ARZAGA

Jacob is a recent graduate from James Madison University with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in General Business! He started with us in 2019 as a Junior in HS and has been a big part in the facilities’ growth.
